Policies
deposits:
A $100 Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed. The deposit is applied towards the cost of the tattoo when completed. Deposits cannot be transferred from one individual to another (ie from one spouse/sibling/friend to another). The deposit can be transferred to a new appointment ONE time with 48 hours notice.
Tardiness/No Show:
I budget 15 minutes of extra time into tattoo appointments, and ask that you notify me if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. By notifying me in advance, you give me extra time to adjust my day so that my later clients’ time is respected.
-Virtual meetings: I will wait up to 10 minutes on a video call before ending the meeting.
NO CALL NO SHOW: NO RESCHEDULE.
Cancellations and reschedules:
WINTER POLICY (Nov-Jan): All cancellations will require a new deposit. Hear me out- Winter is a busy time for everyone. Your schedule can turn on a dime due to outside demands. Last minute cancellations and reschedules this time of year are incredibly difficult (Honestly, near- impossible). I ask that you do not schedule in these months unless you are completely committed, or are willing to leave a new deposit if you need to reschedule/cancel.
February-October:
Reschedules with 48 hour notice can transfer their deposit to one additional appointment. Further reschedules will require an additional deposit. Cancellations with 48 hour notice can potentially move their deposit to a “hold” status depending on reason for cancelling. Acceptable reasons are- loss of employment, family emergency, pregnancy, serious illness. Cancellation of a project outright with no intent to continue will result in a loss of deposit.
Artwork Creation:
To preview artwork, an appointment must be booked with a deposit on file. An art review can be scheduled before your tattoo appointment either in person at the studio or online via zoom. I provide one drawing/sketch at a preliminary art check appointment as a jumping off point that we will then discuss and make modifications to if needed. As long as you are specific about your idea, I should be able to render it correctly in one attempt. Major changes to artwork need to be discussed PRIOR to your tattoo appointment as we will have limited time on the day for minor revisions. Last minute design changes may result in loss of deposit and mandatory reschedule.
